If touring the north of Scotland, Orkney, and some of the western isles,

There are no garage that sell LPG, even some of the garages listed on TomTom have closed down, or stopped selling LPG,

ie;= No LPG garage at Thurso, Wick, Latheron, Helmsdale, Brora, Golspie, the last garage traveling north on the A9 was at Evelix, just north of the Dornoch Firth, there are list's of the above places selling LPG, but in June this year there are none of the above towns sell LPG,

So play safe and fill up at Inverness, there are 5 or 6 garages there,

I have a 23 ltr LPG tank, but also carry a 6 kg bottle as back-up,

Not trying to hijack the post, just thought it a good place to give a word of caution
