I have recently fitted a Gaslow system to my Talbot Autosleeper Talisman GL, when i looked at the flimsy locker lock and door i thought was that enough to protect £400+ of equipment? I decided no, so i constucted this grid arrangement out of 10 x 25 aluminium alloy fastened with tamperproof screws recessed below the surface, nothing to get mole grips or similar to remove. Now back to the original question, am i being paranoid.

Hi chasper

Yes I think you are ...why would any one bust open the gas locker ...no one knows other than you ( and us) that the Gaslow stuff is in there...but does that matter it looks a good job to me ...and ignore Hilldweller Laughing he lives on a hill ... he is not on the level either Shocked

Absolutely not, if it helps you sleep at night then its well worth doing.

Mind you perhaps I'm getting paranoid, park my motorbike under the bedroom window, front wheel ha chain, disk lock. Forks are locked and another chain to a ladder on the back wheel!

Not at all chasper and the more security the better. You can never be too careful and peace of mind is a very reassuirng thing!

Great idea though and I will see if I can talk my hubby into fitting something similar?

Sue

I know the feeling Sad

I fitted a new rooflight with fan - it moved a bit as I bedded it down on the gunge. Now I can't stop looking at it out of square.

At least yours is hidden.

And, NO, you are not paranoid, I think someone recently had a locker broken into and their charger stolen.
