Does anyone use one of these hand wheel regulators?

Can you get the thing tight enough by hand?

Gaslow do a pigtail for fixed regulators that is very similar in principle. Theirs uses a rubber compression fitting rather than the traditional brass to brass. Works extremely well. No more spanners.
