I need some advise concerning fixing to roof, I am about to undertake fixing my sat dish to the roof of my RV, I have done this before but the old RV had a Alloy roof and the new one has a rubber roof, the question is do you still treat the roof the same as in just gluing and screwing? , my concern is, is the rubber coating on the roof bonded to the roof or if I just fix to rubber will I end up picking up the dish later off the motorway?.

Loddy

You need LAP sealant Loddy, its the only sealant approved for use with rubber RV roofs. You screw the article down to the roof and then go over the top with the LAP which is like icing... it gets in all the nooks and crannies.
