I have just been checking out the various providers of global sims. There appears to have been a few changes in the last few months, e.g. Cherry are only supporting existing customers.

Reading through previous posts some members indicated poor experiences, due to difficulties with coverage and voice mail.

I would appreciate recent users comments, particularly in regard to Sim4Travel or GeoSim as they seem to me to be the current leaders of the pack.

GeoSim are slightly more expensive than Sim4Travel: £10 for the sim rather than £5 (when you allow for free calls) and calls 25p+vat rather than inc vat. Geosim do however provide free voice mail retrieval and free call diversion.

The guy I spoke to on the GS number was very helpful, no hard sell and clearly knew what he was talking about.

Thanks in anticipation.
