Tony..I save the campsite entry to my Virtual Brochure ( see blue option at the top of each campsite entry ) ) and then I can print the details from there. What I tend to do is save lots of them, copy and paste into Word and then I can delete things I don't want and add others.

Thanks G - yes, I've tried something like that but it takes an age to put it all together. I'm off to Brittany shortly and would like to take the details of all 57 database sites with me but don't fancy printing off 57 pages. I thought somebody with Access skills might have sussed how to pull off just a list with a few details. Would make a brilliant MHF Download!
Looks like it's a new ink cartridge in the morning and hit that print button.

It doesn't take 57 pages. Save all the sites you want - ie press to save in Virtual Brochure for each site, go to Your Virtual Brochure and select all. Open a Word document and paste your selection into it and then remove the flags and spaces and other unwanted information. I then select all again and put it in size 10 font and a whole department saves in about 10 pages.
Do also try saving the printer friendly version of your virtual brochure page as a "web page complete" as a file/files. Just the job if you have a laptop that travels with you. It preserves the web links to each campsite ...so that if you do have an internet connection while away you can get to the campsite page very quickly.
To save it ..... Get the Virtual brochure printer friendly page up , click on "Page" ( top right in IE7), click on save as, select web page complete, give it a suitable name and put it some where safe ...like in a folder called Virtual Brochure
When you need to see it open it from the .htm file that you named and saved... it will open in your Internet browser
