Thanks for that.
I have checked the connections and they seem okay but I have not checked with a meter. I have moved the dish trying to find the signal so it may not be back to the original position. I will try to get another receiver to check that. Do you suggest I buy a signal meter to position the dish?

You should be able to do it with the signal meter on the digibox but it's not easy because there is a delay between the signal being received and it showing on the meter. This means you have to move the dish VERY slowly and carefully and watch for a blip on the signal quality bar, take no heed of the signal strength bar, it means very little.
