I think the ITV rules for cars are .
At 4years old, then every 2 years until:
After 10 years old, every year.
I don't know about RVs.
Never heard of "flexible" ITVs!!! |

Sorry never took to much notice of the full rules, but its something along the lines of no Motorhome is allowed to be on Gibraltor after 7 pm in the evening s you may be able to drive round during the day, but no chance of camping overnight in it.
Citizens of Gibraltor who own motorhomes keep them in Spain |
