Well I am no expert with photoshop but I think I managed to improve the contrast a little. Afraid its just too grainy for much else.

Just as a further note:

I don't know if you still have the phone since the image date is Mar 27 2006 but I noticed you captured this on a Sony Ericsson K310i.

There are not many controls for the camera but there is a Picture Quality setting of Normal or Fine. I can't tell which you have set but you might want to check and set it to Fine for better results.

thanks everybody, the photo was taken with my wifes phone, I have a sony erricson 770i which is a bit better, but you know that wives always think you can do wonders with your computer!
