Couple of questions on this that some of you may know about.

1. On my EPG some of the channels shown are not what is actually showing. For example when I select 3, the station title on the epg is BBC news 24 but in reality it is channel 5 that is showing. How come?

2. Some of the channels such as film 4 and ITV3 although they have a signal quality in the high 70s don't show. Why is that?

Cheers,

Bob

Bob, Try searching for all channels again and see if that helps, Alan.

I have the same problem - There are just to many lists to choose from Shocked

List
EPG
Favourites
All Satellites

I just live with it Confused

Does anyone get a sort of purplish haze around the areas where there are grey shades?

Do a re-scan and make the channels you want 'favourites'. You can then access them from 'favourites' in the menu.

Thanks guys retuning has done it in a way as it's given me alternative channels to use to select Film 4 etc that work. Also found me a couple of hundred other channels too - added bonus maybe Confused What it did though was to add on the other channels to the bottom of the original list instead of overwriting them. Is there any way to clear out all channels and start again? I'd like to do this to get rid of masses of non FTA channels that have installed themselves.

Yes Bob, There is an option to replace existing channels as far as I remember, Alan.

Being a 'generic' box it doesn't have a proprietary EPG.

You need to make you own, putting the channels you want into categories and/or making them 'favourites'.

No it does. Found it. You can go into 'list' then 'edit' then delete all. Rescan and then the EPG button works fine Smile
