Nice picture Neil .... I think we might just "pop in" on the way south next month!
Is the Aire easy to find? We are intending to use a few Aires this year - we used first one last year and views out the windows were great (Aubignas I think it was called) Off the beaten track and no leccy but quiet and a great nights kip
I have the Vicarious book at home .... so perhaps I'll find the Uzerche one in there.
Any other good ones you found down Dordogne/Languedoc way?

Thanks John
The Aire at Uzerche is very easy to find - signposted and alongside the river by the town itself.
The Vicarious book has been our bible. We spent the whole of June using it exclusively.
In the south there were a couple of really good Aires we found being St Pierre sur Mer and Leucate. We stopped for the day at Sete alongside the Med but moved on for the night as it is a busy road.
A lot of the time we were in the Limousin region and using the book we found numerous good Aires ranging from large/small/town centre/middle-of-nowhere. Some were packed and sometimes we were completely alone. Others of note were Meymac, Oradour sur Glane, and Turenne. But there are just SO many to choose from.
The great thing about Aires though is that there are so many that if you don't like what you see on arrival just move on to the next. I think on our 'worst' day we tried about 5 before we found one we liked...
