Hello,

Considering a Wireless Printer for the Motorhome when I am working.

Do I need an Interenet connection for it to work or could I just make use of a Wireless Router without a connection?

Hi
My HP printer/scanner etc connents wirelessly to the router (bt homehub) and you set it up via the small screen on the printer then search for a network printer on the computer, but my parents who live with us and share our router have a lexmark that connects directly with their computer via wifi and it is all set up with an install disk on the computer and therefore wouldn't need a router.
They can use my printer but I cannot see theirs.

Bluetooth will be a much cheaper option than buying a router, I would imagine, especially if you already have bluetooth built in to the printer and computer.
As you cannot be very far away in the motorhome, the bluetooth should work fine!
