Haven't got the dongle with me at the moment, but you need to have written down the SIM phone number & the actual SIM card number (I think it's just the last 6 digits of the latter). When you have the dongle plugged in, & the software running, doesn't the screen show you a button to connect directly to My3? I never got around to making irate phonecalls to 3 as that would have cost money - I wasn't in a hurry, so just tried again after a few days, & the next time it worked - they sent a new text with a new code & the website recognised it that time, so I got in & topped up & changed my password.

I've since been unable to get in on a few occasions when going online though my own broadband - it tells me it doesn't recognise my phone no, no matter how carefully I've typed it! Luckily I don't need to log in very often - I use my Vodafone dongle in the UK!!!
