Hi there,
Just entered the arena with an Iveco based mobilvetta 170 euroyacht. Very pleased with the superstructure.
1..trying to find a cd or manual about the Iveco base.
2.. Anyone know of specific weeknesses with this base . anything to look out for . Oddities to ignore.. etc..
3. Drives nice but a tad noisey ... Whats the best way to soundproof. Not a lot of working room under the bonnet.. Also what material have you found the most effective..
Thanks in advance.. geoff

Hi Gina,

Suggest you try 'Peter Russek' for your manual.

I know of no specific weakness, but my son drives one, part of a fleet of thousands, and he likes them, but has had a turbo go on one and a clutch/ gearbox on another. As they are, as I said, part of a fleet of many these would seem isolated incidents on high milage although young in age vehicles.

Suggest you try for their soundproofing kits, used one on our Boxer and the difference is marked, you can actually hear the radio and your passengers above 60mph. (Hmmm maybe don't bother Smile )
