Advice on Garmin Street Pilot C320 please!

I will be having to frequently visit London SW3, and decided to get Sat Nav that we could transfer from car to MH easily. I have looked round and it seems that the Garmin C320 would be suitable. I won't be able to go abroad for some years anyway.

I would appreciate comments from any body with one, on how good they are in London etc.

Is it easy to get Traffic camera 'overlays' and put on them?

Can one get list of campsites eg CC ones to put on as well?

I know I am a bit green on this But i have spent much time reading this section and phoning around so I hope I have got it right!

Many thanks for any help with my questions.
