You will need to say you are living in Spain and give a Spanish address. We used the one for where we are staying. Regards, Alan.

I use Simyo with my unlocked dongle. Very cheap.

It has a daily tariff of 9c per mb (up to 11mb).

Between 11mb and 100mb is 99c per day.

More than 100mb is 99c + 9c per mb.

Up to 500mb 5€ maximum.

Or you can do 24.99€ per month unlimited.

All prices without IVA (16%).

The simyo deal sounds good but the 3G coverage doesn't look so great.

Doc, I think simyo would be good for a low volume user, but not for someone who browses a lot, Alan.

Brimmo, what is best for you will depend on your length of stay.

Those deals still seem to be current. I have found getting the MASmovil card difficult and the cheap deal there is the €18 a month for one gb on what they call a contracto libre which is a contract which can be cancelled at any time. I have been told that this may be easier to do in a tourist area in the South.

I currently have a Vodafone.es card which costs €60 for 1gb to be used within 3 months.

The key will be finding a retailer wants to help and knows the options, I think, Alan.

Thanks Alan, it'll be a 2 month trip, have made a note of all the options and will see what we can find.

Thanks for your help

Brimmo, just a thought. You may find someone in the UK who can supply a Spanish card before you go, Alan.
