When is your MOT due? If you get it done at VOSA, ask them to give you the sum of the two axle weights when doing the roller brake test. It's not absolutely accurate, but close enough for jazz.

The other option is quarries, rail freight terminals, and some factories that have their own weighbridge. The local council trading standards department will maintain a list of bridges in their area, both public and private.

Finally, a VOSA test site for truck roadside checks will have one.

Being a miserable sod, I've never paid for a weight yet, but then I don't ask for a printed record.
