thanks - we have investigated and have gone for a new Wildax Europa. (See latest MMM Feb issue for an article about them). It is being built at the moment and we are having various adaptations made. Can't wait!!!!

hello laura, paddyno1, i have now been rinning a chausson 96 for 3 years [solelyy to accomodate my wife who is dissabled] depending on your own requirement and budget i think some thing like our set up will be ok,chausson allegro 96 [160 multijet]aotomatic, can be used as manual but the computer keeps telling me off] so i now leave it in aut all the whlie,2 single electic beds on either side, big rear wash room shower wash basin and toilet,plenty of cubourd storage above lockers and under around sink unit,cooker [bit high] seperate 3 grill drainer sink,wsivel chair curtains ,silver blinds elactick table [makes 2/3 berth,you can still gat them new,as u r dissabled like my wife [in wheel chair] u can get vat back,we purchase a kia picanto [whiich we tow at the back] need to travel when u get to site,with the money u save get all mod cons you think u may need as they will come vat free

Theres a company called Autostar who are big in Europe (owned by Trigano Group - just like evertyhing else) who actually make a specific motohome for the disabled.
If you can speak a little french this is the website link for them where they have a video also...
Only know this as i were talking to the guys at Cordoba Leisure Bradford where ive just chopped my 04 autoquest in for a brand new Autoroller , and we happened to be on the subject and apparently they ordered one in for a customer from Autostar. Maybe you should talk to them and see what they can offer you, you can find them at www.cordoba-leisure.co.uk.
Forgot to mention price wise think they mentioned somewhere around the 50k Euro mark which isnt bad if you divide it by the current exchange rate and considering it'll be a brand new MH!!
