Why not have the Click and Go technology fitted, I have a 2.2 Boxer and its brilliant.
I'm a disabled driver and cannot use the clutch pedal, a small button on the gear stick does it for you.
No change to fuel consumption, still get 28mpg.
Cost is £1000, but you can take it off and put it on your next vehicle.

I have the information and equipment to fit the clutch, however I had my one for the van fitted a VEHVAC in KENT. I have since fitted one myself to my wifes Fiesta. They cost in excess of £1000 for parts (£500)and fitting (£600) It takes a good day to fit them but they can be put on and off vehicles as you change them.
It's the best clutch I have had fitted and I have used them for 40 years plus
If you want a demo I'm in Birmingham and you can look at Vehvacs site at www.vehvac.com

Any questions please contact me again on jfisher@qac.ac.uk

Jim
