Hi

I used -

2 teaspoons of Drinking chocolate

2 teaspoons of camp coffee

2 teaspoons of Vanilla essence

1 teaspoon of Almond essence

1 397g of thick condensed milk

1 284ml of single cream

All the ingredients can be tweaked for personal taste

Then I put 4floz of Whiskey in which made it quite strong.

Most recipes I looked at said use 2 or 3 raw eggs for smoothness & creaminess but I haven't used raw eggs yet.

I'm going to make some more tonight I might try eggs then.

Oh I do wish you hadn't reminded us !

I made a bottle of it last year and no-one else but me liked it. It doesn't keep very long - does it ? Well it didn't anyway ! I might have another go.....
