Just looked up Camping Cheques online - and on my first foray, instead of getting Camping Cheques (by typing in campingcheques.co.uk) I got a company offering a product called Touring Cheque which has only 105 sites across Europe compared to well over 400 with Camping Cheques.

As the majority of you will know the correct site to visit is campingcheque.co.uk - but I thought it wise to point this out to newbies like myself so you don't get caught out.

I'm sure Touring Cheque is a perfectly decent company but you might end up not coming away with what you want.

Touring Cheques are run by Eurocamp, who used to be the UK agent for Camping Cheques, but when the franchise for Camping Cheques was changed to the Mark Hammerton/Alan Rogers organisation Eurocamp introduced their own Touring Cheques scheme in competition.
