Now now Twooks, there's nothing wrong with a big 6 berth monster, at least I hope so, don't get it for another fortnight - can't wait; going away this weekend for Frisky's farewell trip.
Will miss Frisky as he's a great little van but just not big enough for us. Crying or Very sad

We started in an A class, and within 6 months it was full of clutter - wellies n shorts n macs n t-shirts n big jumpers n spare wing mirrors Embarassed ; simply because there was the space. Embarassed
I'm so unbelievably tidy now I constantly amaze myself and I know exactly what's in the 'van and - even better - where to find it!!

Enjoy your last occasion5 and first occasion2
[presume the newie fits the drive ok, or is it just an excuse to full time ]

Cool

Try Southern Spain. Not only warmer but the Spaniards know how to party!

Had the best NY ever last year, went to Kelso with the Scottish Group MCC, we have gone away every year for over 30 yrs, this was the best yet.
Over 100 vans having a brilliant week, party till dawn, wonderful hall, great bands and entertainment, bring your own drinks, a beautiful town 5 min walk away. Stunning views on the river and best of all wonderful company, all in the same mind, to enjoy life to the full.
The Scottish commitee and its members are great people and yes I have re-booked. Don't miss the experience of a lifetime.
Mac Very Happy

temperature can vary greatly over the spanish continent

I know one guy who lives in north spain and every christmas he comes back to england cos he reckons that it's too cold for him there and the houses are not really built that well for cold weather

I think you have to get down to the south coast before it gets nicer and even that's not guaranteed
