Heres a handy book that might be of interest to all you mobile chefs. All meals are cooked just using one pot or pan so ideal for the motorhome. The book itself is nice and compact too (about 6" square) so doesn't take up much space. We haven't tried it in anger yet but the recipes look very easy to follow and prepare.

At home I use Bero cook books which are still available from Bero for about £1.00. A bit too advanced for motorhome baking though - but you never know!
