I tried a search but have to admit I'm not good at them!! Not too long ago someone on here posted a recipe involving those giant mushrooms and delicious goats cheese ... cannot recall how to cook this or what other ingredients... can anyone help please??
See ing our elder son after his world travels for over 2 yrs this w/e he has been vegetarian for years and if you can't track down this particular recipe then I am looking for a STARTER please ...
We are meeting him in our MH and therefore will be cooking as taking him to a restaurant is a nightmare (he asks for all the details of the ingredients that they use... )
ps We love him really!! Ana xx

Hope you enjoy the mushrooms and goats cheese Ana.
I would serve them with cous cous or tabouleh (sp)
If you want to know any other vegetarian recipes for the m/home, then PM me.
Another favourite if mine is stuffed peppers with a savoury rice or quinoa.

Another but popular recipe is to layer cheese on the giant mushroom and roast it. When cooked, garnish with grated goat. Very tasty.

Sounds good, Pusser, but where do you buy your grated goat? Our supermarket is always sold out
