Freshwater East Caravan Club Site Pembrokeshire, non members and tents accepted. Just across the road from the beach all sand. Pub and resturant 5mins walk away. I know its not in the south but it really is great there only trouble you cant get reception on mobile as its in valley between 2 whacking great hills. Laughing

Just thought of 1 in the south. Southsea Leisure Centre take tents tourers and motorhomes right on the beach pebbles though.Has club and shop on site showers free nice and clean, bit expensive though in summer about £17.50 a night but if you are in the cc club you get 10% discount for 3 nights or more.
