The publication by FFCC / camping car magazine (le guide officiel 2004 Etapes Camping car) can be ordered directly - go to http://www.campingfrance.com/fr/com_guide/intro_gas.htm
and press the commander le guide link - it will give you an application form to complete & send off (can't do it on line). It costs 10 euros inc postage to anywhere in europe and this will be charged to your credit / debit card. (or send 10 euro note?) .
I sent off last week & it arrived in todays post. Extremely comprehensive listings in france plus details of stopovers in germany belgium etc. Obviously in French, but can be followed reasonably easily.
