We are recent recruits to the motorhome ranks and it's been just me and the kids for a couple of trips. The other weekend, hubby gave up a kayak trip to do a family trip. We went off to Elgin, a site I stayed at as a child. It was lovely - not ideal for us - beautifully kept, dog walk but too many older, quieter visitors for our boisterous children.
If you're looking for a quiet site in Moray - I doubt if you'd do better than the Riverside.
On our way home I did the food shop while hubby and bairns visited electrical and motorhome shops. Hubby couldn't understand why a passing motorhomer waved to him, asked daughter if there was anything obvious about him, perhaps a tattoo on his forehead. She patiently pointed out that we'd been camped next to them overnight !!
