Hi, Newbie here.
I have just aquired a Ford Transit 160 Ambulance and I am in need of
ideas plans to convert it to a motorhome/campervan.
Can anyone help.

The club people above have referred to is the Self Build Motor Caravan Club
Only registered users can see links on our Forum Join Now or Login |
They don’t have plans that I’m aware of, most vans are built to personal choice (mine especially). However you are very likely to find others their with the same vehicle and probably designs they will share with you. The membership fee is worth it for the discounts you can get. Take some of their comments with a pinch of salt and be very careful if asking about batteries and charging system as they can get very in-depth so you won’t know which way to turn.
Any questions you may have which you unsure of, please feel free to contact me off list and I’ll try to walk you through them.
