I’ve just edited the link you used in your first post and something has occurred to me. Are you using OE as your newsreader or something like MSM? I think you need to open your browser and log on (if not already done so), copy the link from your email (highlight it then Ctrl and C to copy) then back in your browser, paste the copied link into the address bar (highlight existing address, then Ctrl and V to paste), click the enter key then you should get in

From the homepage click on the box at the top marked 'login/view account' then select the 'change info' prompt, the 'receive email by newsletter' checkbox should be about halfway down the page.

Thanks Pete and Steve, just found out I am subscribed. When does it come out? - is it sent in batches as I have not received one yet?
Cheers again.

well firstly all the advice given is excellent, if you encounter any issues with this site or any others for that matter that use cookies, then follow this troubleshooting process:-
clear cookies, either by going to the Tools, then Internet Options menu in Internet Explorer (A quick look at stats tell me over 94% of u use this browser) then click on the delete cookies button, or else do it singularly by opening windows explorer (Not internet explorer) and navigating to c:\Documents and Settings\Your Username\Cookies and deleting the cookie which is associated with

Leigh, the newsletter comes out on a monthly basis when i can get around to writing it
Some people get bounced emails as they dont update their contact details if they change email addresses, and others have spam software that either blocks or delays it. Please could everyone ensure that they ensure both of these are up to date and accepting email from

as atm i get on average about 50-100 bounce emails everytime i send a newsletter !!
Ensure no applications are running that block cookies, there are so many that do this nowadays that i cant provide a definative list but virus scanners do it, privacy applications, spyware applications etc are likely candidates. If you dont want to disable their cookie blocking facility, then most of them have the option to allow cookies from certain websites.
Also you could try clearing temporary internet files accessed in a very similar way to clearing cookies in Internet Explorer but click the "Delete Files" button instead.
Some users have complained about logging in ok but still getting status of offline and not being able to access parts of the site, I am at a complete loss as to why this is so, other than asking them to follow the procedure above Im not sure what the cure is here.
