Hello everybody

As the subject says is the A28 fully open. I am going down to Spain next month and intend going that way. Last year it was not fully open and I wondered if anyone knows if it is all completed now. It the part from near Rouen down to the A10 via Alencon, any info would help. Thanks

I had a look at the following URL and then clicked on the map shown. From the information then given it suggests that the motorway is indeed finished as it lists all of the viaducts etc.
I hope it is finished as I will be hoping to drive along it a week on Wednesday. If it isn't I will have to look for a different route to the Loire.

Hello John, Don and Pete

Thanks for the quick replies , I have been on the web for about 2 hours trying to find out if the A28 is open one site contradicts the other. I knew somebody would have been down or up the A28. So again Pete thanks. I can't wait for next month to get off to Spain and get some sunshine it's been raining again up here in Yorkshire. (you should know about that Don you are not far from me) John I hope your trip works out well for you.

I've just had an hours walk over South Cave golf course and the weathers ok at present. A lot of rain last night but nothing today so far today.

With a name like Rain dancer I hope you don't live to close to me. Very Happy

Don

Hello Don

Don't worry I don't dance about too much. Actually the name comes from my previous Van which was called Rain Dancer (the day I picked it up it poured down whilst we were transferring everything and continued all the way home from Somerset to Yorkshire, Hence the name). Distance I am about 10 miles away from you.
