Hi, we've managed to spend one night in our MH and love it so far. We are now planning more adventurous trips one of them being to Disney Paris. We guess you have to go on a ferry and cannot go via Eurotunnel re. gas bottles etc? Sorry if this sounds a bit thick but we are still very wet behind the ears where motorhoming is concerned and rather nervous at going further afield. Has anybody any tips on camping at Disney? I've heard there is such a campsite but not actually looked into it. We want to go November/December for the Christmas parade etc.

Cheers in anticipation

Hi Roxy Lady. I am sure someone wil be along soon with the info you require. Apparently they allow (at a charge) M/H's to stay on the car park at Disney.
There has been a few posts about disney, If you do a search or scrol down thru the posts on touring abroad.
Try this for a start

You can go via Eurotunnel as long as you are carrying less than 45kg of gas. Just returned last week from France. We used the tunnel as we took our dogs with us and it was a breeze.

Found the email from DLP when asked about taking our 'Camping Car' they replied with :-

Dear Mr Jones,

Thank you for your e-mail regarding Disneyland Resort Paris.

We kindly inform you that we no longer provide camping facilities at the Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch.

You can park your camping car on the Disney Theme Parks Car Park. The prices are :

3 nights with 4 days: 80 EUR

At the entrance of the Disney Car Park you will receive the rules. You will have at your disposal toilets, showers, a water disposal area and a water point (closed during the winter season because of ice). There is no electricity.

Well done Sagedog. The sort of comprehensive reply which you'd expect from the "Disney Culture" which reflects good customer service.

What's the bet that if it had been a "typical" UK company you'd have had a short EMail saying "please see our website for the information you need" Rolling Eyes
