I have created a simple guide to do this procedure for Internet Explorer, most browsers will follow a similar process.

For those using Mozilla, Firefox,Netscape etc you probably know the sequence
Tools ----- Privacy ------ Clear
Its also a good idea to clear some of the other stuff listed as well

Unlike IExplorer you dont need loads of instructions, dont forget to check the "No Pop Ups" if you havnt done so
