Tyre Pressures for a Benimar Top ST

I'm a new owner of a Europe Top ST and am wondering what pressure I should be running. It's fitted with Michelin 225/70 tyres, and the Benimar handbook only mentions 195 and 205's. Near the footwell in the cab there's a Mercedes plate which says 51psi Front and 65psi Rear, but I would have thought this was a general recommendation rather than one based on the conversion. Any help gratefully received
