Yes Mike we have taken the big step! should we sell or should we rent many a sleepless night we have had about this. Selling won out too big a risk with renting only one house. Going to look at an RV on Thursday

.......as a matter of interest, what have you done about insurance..........fulltime insurance is hard enough, but full time in an RV is impossible at the mo' .

Hi wogga

Well done. We took the plunge two months ago to go fulltiming but we have kept our houses on and rent them out. This is a nightmare at the moment so we are considering selling them in the near future, but we are takeing every day as it comes. Hope it all goes well for you.

Well done!

I put my house on the market about 3 weeks ago and am waiting for the buyer's survey. He now has until Fri. to arrange this otherwise I have instructed my e/a to re-advertise.

BTW when offered the contract from the e/a I saw that they had 12 weeks as sole agents. Asking the question I was told that was their standard time. I disagreed and changed it to 6 weeks!

Hi

I move out of the house and into the van in 4 weeks time.

A colleague today asked me if I was "scared" - I said "I am bloody petrified!"

Not sure what of though...

Very exciting to hear of anyone doing this! We planned to do it but caved in and even though we own a small house in Spain, we decided it would be too risky not to own one over here plus we need to WORK occasionally over here!! Crying or Very sad
Wish you all the very best though, many have done it and it's worked out fine!! Laughing
As for us, waiting to move to a smaller house anytime (????!!) with no mortgage .. the start of many travelling plans for us....we will use both houses as a "base" to tour in the MH!! Here and in Spain and all over Europe we hope!! Laughing
