I know I started it but reading HelenB saying how she changed a wave into a hair flick I was tempted to change a wave into a "scratch" recently. On the M5 southbound a couple of weeks ago I waved to an ambulance (no flashing blue lights). The funny thing, as I was shrinking in the seat trying to look nonchelont they waved back at me so perhaps they had met one or two of the other mhoms previously. Or perhaps they were closet mohms themselves. wave
