Our local Lloyds Pharmacy are doing a Halina CCTV camera, 17m cable and all fittings for £9.99 at the moment. It has microphone and infra-red diodes so works at night and is designed for outdoor use. It is very simple to set up onto the phono plugs ( not scart) of a TV and gives a superb black and white picture. Could be used to keep an eye on the van in the drive. It requires 6-9v so might be possible to get it to work in the van on 12v with a power supply.

As of 10am this morning the pharmacy in town has a stack of them - at least 30 -along with the juicers etc. and the stand promoting them is still there.
