Hi all,

General consensus in computer mags is Vista is evolution rather than revolution.

Recommendation is to wait a while as there are already updates and bug fixes underway before general release.

If you buy a new PC with it loaded, fair enough, but not considered to be enough of an improvement if your PC will need memory upgrade just to run it at the moment.

By the way, apart from VIC 20/64, one of my first PCs was an Apricot XI with a massive Shocked Hard Disk of 10MB.
Got a 256MB MP3 player from Tesco for Ģ4.47 last week.

See Maplins have 400GB for Ģ90 less vouchers - around 21p per GIG.
