I have used a Vodafone datacard in the UK for over a year now , as far as The Outer Hebrides and Orkneys , all over Scotland's coasts,Cairngorms , and most of the UK, down to Cornwall and over to Norfolk........

The coverage never failed to impress , although I rarely got 3G Iwe very rarely failed to get a GPRS connection , in the most unexpected spots , beaches on Harris etc. I'm sure there are better deals but I would return to Vodafone purely for the reliabilty and range of coverage. Their software leaves a lot to be desired but you don't have to use it , just connect via windows , and it worked very well with Onspeed. I did buy an extra Aerial/Antenna just a bit of plastic that clips onto the laptop which helped.
