Intermittent fault (wipers and indicators fail - not a pleasant experience)on my old Hymer 665 caused me to check under dash fuses (bank of - Found faulty fuse 8amp but on replacement - fuse holder ( plastic now I think replacing old porcelain type with external alloy fuse wire) melts and fuse becomes v. hot!! Any thoughts - fire hazard? What is drawing all the current?
Thanks |

Sounds like a poor connection, this can often happen at the plastic connector blocks sometimes just connecting and disconecting a few times cleans the joint enough.
