Quick thank you to those who have helped so far as I try to bring a Hymer S660 from Germany to the UK. Almost sorted...
Insurance query is this...
As freelance photographer and plan to use the Motorhome as a living base as I travel, during which time I may take shots and consequently sell them. This is classed as business use and I am struggling to get cover.
Anyone passed this way before? Will have tripod, camera, computer plus bit & bobs. If I don't tell them and have a shunt I guess I've given them a "get of jail free card", and will have problems with a claim. I am a self/employed photographer/cameraman by trade so it's going to be difficult to argue otherwise. And they say honesty pays!!! Help!!! Yet again. Many thanks, Phil (newsbits)

Hi

Try the following link:
http://www.tradexinsurance.co.uk

In my experience there ain't nothing they can't insure - and the price isn't always as bad as you think!

Hello gaspode, Outstanding first post, I've just been having a good look at the tradexinsurance website. Intresting stuff, they even do insurance for if you want to rent out your 'van! Could be very useful.

Keep up the good work.........
