Hook up lead...

Thanks Mandy&Dave. Should have been a little clearer. My apologies. I have the socket in the side of the van which is blue...but no lead. Would expect it to be live...right, neutral to the left...earth the centre/top? Will check of course!!! I can make a lead up in orange if that's the protocol, with a UK three pin at the end. Then I guess use a european adaptor also where needed. And that's all of the continent I suppose. That said if it's AC which it is...does it really matter which way round it is? Travels will mostly be on the other side of the channel.
