On an American Scouts site I came acroos "The Old Geezers Cookbook".
The recipes are aimed at campers/backpackers so the majority should be suitable for motorhomers. You may need to interpret some of the ingredients. Caution you can download and print off for free, but it runs to over 100 pages.
