Hi,
Having managed to put photos in the photo gallery section I thought I would put some in the data base. I have tried adding a photo to the Nort-sur-Erdre details and Lac Feyt but inspite my resizing the photos to 200x150 there is just a red cross where the phot should be. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks
zulurita

Hi rita,

not a computer expert but heres how i do it......

Forget the onsite gallery, if you have your photos in 'my pictures' (windows xp), on your computer read on...

First, open the chosen photo in irfanviewer as explained recently here; http://www.motorhomefacts.com/postt1602.html then resize it to 200x150 and click on 'file' and 'save as' and put it into your chosen folder in my pictures ('save as', keeps the original photo intact and copies the resized one to your chosen file, i have a file called 'mhfacts' for this purpose).

go to the database, put in your info and when you get to the 'photo upload' prompt click on the 'browse' option and select where your picture is within your computer then click 'open' to load it into the mhf files, then carry on entering details and click on submit.

you should then, hopefully have a photo in the database!

pete.
