I didn't imply that anything suspicious or underhand had happened, 150+people loose their jobs, creditors in all likelihood won't get paid, so that will impact on their ability to pay their staff.

Good result then for the chairman or did I miss something in Translation!

It is too easy to start a Phoenix operation in this country, no matter how you want to dress it up, there is little or no protection for the creditors of these people, I do have some sympathy when the failure is due to clients going under as a result of a Phoenix company, my own company has been close to the wire because of these, so maybe I am a little biased about the subject.

point very well made, people often do not realise the impact of acompany going into liquidation can cause other companies to go bust as well due to no fault of their own, when liquidated all assets should be seized to pay the creditors before any kind of startup happens again
