I didn't imply that anything suspicious or underhand had happened, 150+people loose their jobs, creditors in all likelihood won't get paid, so that will impact on their ability to pay their staff.
Good result then for the chairman or did I miss something in Translation!
It is too easy to start a Phoenix operation in this country, no matter how you want to dress it up, there is little or no protection for the creditors of these people, I do have some sympathy when the failure is due to clients going under as a result of a Phoenix company, my own company has been close to the wire because of these, so maybe I am a little biased about the subject.
