Hi Anne

Have you subscribed to an anti-virus lately,
I recently upgraded my package and had to reformat my laptop and when i finally got the version working it wasn't compatible with my wireless router so no connection, could be along the same lines.

Hi Bauldy,thanks,
no haven't subscribed to an antivirus recently, I had no adware installed but that has been on the lap top for over 12 months, I had also to reformat my computer last week, Thursday to be exact but it was working Friday morning,on my old router. so far the new hub seems to be working ok so fingers crossed.

Anne
