After all your looking around and research, it is possible but unlikely that your first M/Home will be all you want. You need to own one for a while in order to find out what you could really do with and without!

For that reason, do not be tempted into buying a new van first - off. M/Homes in general are well looked after, so find a second-hand one you like and go for it. Give it a year os so, then decide whether to keep or change your van for a different one - not necessarily new, but one that will fit your needs better.
If you go for new, you need to be sure it is what you want to live with for at least 3 years.

Hi guys

no matter what advice you get, and it will all be given with the best of intensions from some very decent people, the bottom line is you get what you pay for and if you pay peanuts you will end up owning a monkey

My advice (for what it is worth, and being new to this) is to get the best that your pocket can afford at this time, even then there will be lots of things for and against your purchase, and when it comes to the time for you to up or downsize you will get a better return for the MH you own

We went OTT and paid a lot of dosh for our MH and spent a fair time looking around, and still there are things both me and doreen would adjust to our needs/wants/likeness, but the bottom line is [b:2469e3c7e7]THE [/b:2469e3c7e7]EN[b:2469e3c7e7]JOYMENT IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT[/b:2469e3c7e7], dont waste your time saying "i knew we should have got a bigger toilet" Just enjoy what you get and if after a period of time you want a change then its simple,[b:2469e3c7e7] CHANGE[/b:2469e3c7e7]

RedOne's right...
[quote:0a3fbde3ec]the bottom line is THE ENJOYMENT IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT, dont waste your time saying "i knew we should have got a bigger toilet" Just enjoy what you get and if after a period of time you want a change then its simple, CHANGE [/quote:0a3fbde3ec]

As it says at the bottom -
"Make your decision -
then never look back."
