I've got one of the above available and from shaking it I'd say it was about half full.
It's no use for our van which takes 907's and I've now got a second 907 for the barbecue, so I can swap about if I run out on one.
First come first served as they say, although you'll have to collect from near Ripon.
Andy

Very kind of you Andy, but why not swap it for the size you want?

Messrs Calor used to be stroppy about swapping sizes, but have relented and you can now change to and from any size you like.

Cheers

Dave

Hi Andy

The Gaz 907s are so expensive now , a refill is around £17.50 for 2.72kg of butane Evil or Very Mad ... in my son's van we are thinking of finding a place to strap in safely a larger 6kg bottle which could then be stood outside the van when in use. The Gaz bottles are Ok in mild weather but when using the Propex blown air gas heating they empty very quickly.

Maybe best hang on to it Wink

Mike

Further to Mike's, and my earlier post Andy, if you swap it for a small Calor cylinder (assuming it is Calor) you also have the option of Propane, which works even during brass monkey weather. I think Gaz only comes as butane, which is no good in the cold.

Calor cylinders come in physically very small sizes, so you should find one to suit. Saves the cost of a new 907 cylinder too if you need third one. They are bloody expensive to say the least!

Hope this helps

Dave

V nice of you guys to try and save my hard earned but 907's are exclusively Messrs Camping and Calor don't do anything so small.

As we're on diesel heating and compressor fridge we only use gas for the hobs and water heating where we try to get a hook up to take some of the load. So although 907's are expensive for what you get we don't use much gas and I'm prepared to shoulder that financial burden (sigh).

Bearing in mind another current thread I asked MTH Autogas for a quote for a small undervan gas installation last week. They mailed back asking for details of the van which I supplied but I've heard absolutely nothing since.

Andy
