Right now I´m having amnesia and deja vu at the same time. I think I´ve forgotten this before.

I think you will find it's done by BT
and is about £20 per month.
A few days we stop a big mac's and it said wifi hot spot, went out to motorhome to get to laptop. couldn't log on, then ask at counter only
to be told, you had to be a BT wifi customer.
Nice one
Chris

If it's an Openzone hotspot, I thought you could buy credit independently?

MacDonalds have been OpenZone hosts for some years. Worth noting that for BT Broadband customers, you automatically qualify for quite a lot of free minutes per month (can't recall figure, but more than I could use up).
Dougie.

I've just checked, and it's not Openzone - it's operated by "The Cloud", and is free. No mention of any provisos.
