Enhanced PM added Alert popup if Subject Missing

This has been a pain in the proverbial since MHF came into being, but i have took the time to look into the forum code and added a popup error message box which you have to acknowledge if the Subject is omitted on a PM, I have also made the original error message text displayed bold and red coloured

Hopefully these two measures will prevent confusion caused by a sender thinking a PM has been sent when in fact it hasn't

Good thinking that man, and thanks from all who have fallen into the trap - whether they will admit it or not.

Should solve the problem at a stroke.

I wasn't aware until recently that this problem existed, but having "sent" a PM without a subject I am now older and wiser
