This is very simple,

go to your forums profile, i.e. either click on the Profile link at the top of the forums, or click on the link here:-
http://www.motorhomefacts.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=profile&mode=editprofile

then at the top overtype your username with your new selected username, then scroll down to the bottom and click on the "submit" button.
